John Edwards "Sex Tape" Destroyed?

John Edwards' mistress, Rielle Hunter has proposed a settlement. After officials in North Carolina court and a spokesman for Hunter, Hunter and former Edwards aid Andrew Young, with his wife, Cheri, have agreed to end their dispute over two years after the case was originally filed.
Under the terms of settlement of all known copies of the sex tape within 30 days must be destroyed.
If additional copies of the tape surface later, subject to the approval for destruction.
